1. Tournament dates? 2012 tournament dates will be posted here as soon as they are available. Other dates may be added as needed and are still to be determined | |
| 2. What is the entry fee for one of these tournaments? The entry fee is $120 for club teams OR $10 per player with a maximum of $120 for pick-up teams | |
| 3. What are the requirements for participating in one of these tournaments? The requirements are that every player and coach is registered with the AAU and that the entry form is submitted and entry fee paid. If you have trouble registering, we can do it for you after you turn in all your forms | |

| 7. Are high school teams welcome to play? YES!! One of the biggest reasons for putting on these tournaments is to increase volleyball participation within the city of El Paso... Get your group of 6 and sign up today! | |
| 8. What about officiating duties? Certified R1s will be provided for every match! Teams are still responsible for R2 duties, scorekeeping, and lines | |
| 9. When is the tournament entry deadline? The entry deadline is the Wednesday before each tournament, 5pm | |
| 10. What is the tournament format? All tournaments will be 1 day Saturday tournaments. There will be a site meeting at 8:30am and pool play will begin at 9am, followed by a short lunch break and then single elimination bracket play until we have a champion in every division for that tournament | |

We use different middle and high schools throughout El Paso for these tournaments. Some of the schools we have used in the past are San Elizario HS, Chapin HS, Hanks HS, Del Valle HS, Indian Ridge MS, Desert View MS, Ysleta MS... among others. We will also be using our own facility, RapidFire SportsCenter, more and more! | |
