WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By participating in any activity or by entering the business property, I agree to the below statement:
In consideration of the risk of INJURY or ILLNESS while participating or by entering the business property and as consideration for the right OF MY CHILD to participate in the activity, I hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, or personal representatives, knowingly and voluntarily enter into this waiver and release of liability and here by waive any and all rights, claims or causes of action of any kind whatsoever arising out of my OR CHILD’S participation in the Activity, and do hereby release and forever discharge Twin Towers RVC, DBA RapidFire VBC, located at 1520 Goodyear #N, their affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, staff, volunteers, heirs, representatives, predecessors, successors and assigns, for any physical or psychological injury, including but not limited to illness, paralysis, death , damages, economical or emotional loss, that I OR MY CHILD may suffer as a direct result of my OR MY CHILD’S participation in the aforementioned Activity, including traveling to and from an event related to this Activity.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Twin Towers RVC, DBA RapidFire VBC and their staff not responsible for any acts or failure to act by any party.
I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS “WAIVER AND RELEASE” AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY TO ALLOW MY CHILD TO PARTICIPATE IN RapidFire Activities. I EXPRESSLY AGREE TO RELEASE AND DISCHARGE Twin Towers RVC, DBA RapidFire VBC AND ALL OF ITS AFFILIATES FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS OR CAUSES OF ACTION AND AGREE TO VOLUNTARILY GIVE UP OR WAIVE ANY RIGHT THAT I OTHERWISE HAVE TO BRING A LEGAL ACTION AGAINST Twin Towers RVC, DBA RapidFire VBC FOR PERSONAL INJURY, INJURY TO MY MINOR CHILD, ILLNESSES OR PROPERTY DAMAGE.
To the extent that statute or case law does not prohibit releases for negligence, this release is also for negligence on the part of Twin Towers RVC, DBA RapidFire VBC. Its agents and employees.
In event that I should OR MY CHILD SHOULD require medical care or treatment, I agree to be financially responsible for any costs incurred as a result of such treatment. I am aware and understand that I should carry my own health insurance and insurance for my child. By participating in ANY Club Season or Facility Events, I agree to all the above.

We would like our families to know the complexity of a volleyball club budget and why club volleyball can be very costly despite the club’s efforts to run a zero-balance budget. Please keep in mind, RapidFire Volleyball leases a facility that involves substantial rent, utilities and many monthly fees. Our overhead costs compared to most clubs without a facility is significantly more. With the some of the best training offered and one of the largest clubs in the Region dedicated to just volleyball, our costs CAN be inherently higher when compared to other clubs. We do our best to keep costs lower.
Our staff are hard at work before players even stepped foot on the courts. The business is busy with managing parent and player communication, adjusting tournament schedules, assisting with hotel accommodations, creating rosters, tournament scheduling and adjusting each week, parent, coach and player management, practice planning, uniform dissemination and adjustments, scheduling local tournaments, etc. We are the ONLY club in our city that has conducted a large tournament at our Downtown Convention Center called the Sun City Classic! And RVC has hosted our El Paso Region Qualifier for MANY years at the Convention Center! Running a volleyball club is a massive undertaking and the associated costs when running a volleyball club as large as RapidFire is frankly expensive.
We are providing you with a notice that any fees associated with RapidFire VBC is non-refundable. Below are some reasons why we do not issue refunds....................
For our volleyball club to continue its services to our youth athletes and provide future opportunities for our members and new athletes, we cannot offer refunds.
